Hinweis zur Altölentsorgung
Grundlagen: Gem. § 8 Abs.1 Altölverordnung (AltölVO) ist jeder, der gewerbsmäßig Verbrennungsmotoren- oder Getriebeöl an Endverbraucher abgibt, verpflichtet vor Abgabe eine Annahmestelle für bezeichnete gebrauchte Öle einzurichten oder eine solche durch entsprechende vertragliche Vereinbarung nachzuweisen. Die Annahmestelle muss gem. § 8 Abs.1a AltölVO gebrauchte Verbrennungsmotoren- oder Getriebeöl bis zu der im Einzelfall abgegebenen Menge kostenlos annehmen und fachgerecht entsorgen. Nach der Regelung des § 8 Abs.3 AltölVO gilt dies sinngemäß auch für Ölfilter und beim Ölwechsel regelmäßig anfallende ölhaltige Abfallprodukte.
